Winnie, a native of Abbeville, LA, overcame a challenging upbringing to find her calling in helping others on their path to recovery. Battling addiction from a young age, Winnie turned her life around at 23, finding solace and strength in recovery in April 2018, giving all the glory to God for saving her.
Today, Winnie thrives in her dream role as a PSA coordinator/CIT counselor here at The Grove Recovery Center, serving as one of the initial beacons of hope for clients embarking on their own journey to sobriety. With a warm and vibrant spirit, she extends genuine love, unwavering support, and boundless encouragement to everyone she encounters. Her unwavering commitment is to instill hope, inspiring others to embrace healthier, happier lives free from the grips of addiction.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Winnie finds joy and fulfillment in her role as a devoted mother to her two daughters, her loving relationship with her boyfriend, Charles and their furry companion Nahla. She dreams of building a future with Charles, where they can create a happy and loving home while continuing to make a positive impact in the lives of those struggling with addiction.
